Family is where it began.

Big Brother Sal and cousins from my mom's side of the family here in Wilkes Barre, PA. Grandparents and Great Uncles from Pittston, PA side of the family. Great, Great Grandparents, Grandparents, and Great Uncles were all close by and a huge influence to this day.
My Father, Gaetano Bracia Licata, AKA "Trotters", was larger than life and a huge impact on the entire family. A WW2 Vet and strong Sicilian personality, he was loved by many. He kept us in line, and we followed his lead.
That's me in the center. Always, always enjoyed being with family, especially with Father and Brother!
Big Brother Sal, was the firstborn in the family, and he set the tone for me & my cousins to follow. A star athlete & student who became a teacher and coach back in our hometown, he was one of my HS Football coaches and was my wife Pat's HS teacher.

High School Sweethearts!

Pat and I started dating when we were 14 and 15. No doubt, her friends wondered why the best student in her class would be with one who wasn't such good a student. I surprised them!!!

Daughter and Granddaughter

Here I am watching the NCAA Wrestling Championships with my granddaughter, Summer Louise.

Summer, AKA "LuLu" enjoying some macaroni.

Daughter Alexandra & Summer together on a hike.

It's always fun and interesting having them around!!!

Living the Lake Life

After years in the moving business, which is very hard work, I finally discovered the recipe for success. With my real estate career, I learned how to incorporate work and play by co-founding our real estate business.
Pat is always a challenge with her style and taste. She makes a fantastic home that matches her style. Me? Sometimes, I come home to a different space.
Frankly, that type of vision is very useful in working with Sellers on how best to prepare their home for sale, as well as with Buyers on having the vision to see what things can be. It's an art that comes easier to Pat.
This spot is in our home and a nice place for me to watch mostly sports or the history channel. Pat is more likely to watch a murder mystery. That, some say, should worry me?
I have always believed a successful business should be part of the community. Pictured here are members of our wonderful Orange County Chamber of Commerce Leadership. I've benefited tremendously by being associated with so many successful business professionals who are also vested in the Business Community.

Community Involvement

Wrestling and Football

I played high school football and wrestled (Pittston Area and Wyoming Seminary). In college, I wrestled (West Chester State) and also coached both in college (James Madison University) and high school (various).

Here I am with my high school and college teammates and coaches. Those coaches and teammates have had great influence on my life. I have always believed that sports reveals character and that teachers and coaches change lives.

I am a coach at heart!!

Wrestling is a huge part of my life!

My college teammates and I at the NCAA wrestling tournament... Many of my close friends are part of the wrestling community and have been supporters of mine personally and professionally. That shared experience has resulted in some great times and friendships across the country.

Some great lessons learned!!
Through great teachers and coaches along the way, I learned some great life lessons. My mom was a great example with a heck of a work ethic, going to work every day while also creating a wonderful home. I quickly learned that part of the recipe of success starts with working hard. My greatest coaches fostered and encouraged working hard, sacrifice, and the sense of team on the playing field and on the mat. I learned how to compete, and by then working hard was second nature.
